Agricova was founded by Simon Hung, an industry veteran with 16 years of hands-on experience in growing equipment development and one-stop procurement. Year after year, Simon watched the same story repeat: commercial facilities built with major investment, held back by equipment that overpromised on paper and underperformed in production — unstable yields, crop loss, and maintenance costs that never appeared in the quote.

Simon Hung brings 16 years of hands-on experience in indoor growing equipment development and one-stop procurement. Before founding Agricova, he served as a trusted equipment specialist to Western brands and commercial growers — close enough to the front line to see how overstated specifications and short-lived equipment put harvests and budgets at risk.
He founded Agricova to hold the industry to a higher standard: industrial-grade systems, honest performance data and durability that growers can build a business on.
